Scope Of Work
The building is on a 7.4 Acre site in Montgomery, NY. and has an overall floor space of almost 90,000 Sq. ft. including a Mezzanine floor which will be used for offices and product showrooms. The main façade is a glazed curtain wall Storefront system by ALUPROF. An attractive brick wraps the Storefront returning on the East and West Elevations while punch window units provide additional lighting. Up to 35 parking spaces are provided at the front of the building.
