Scope Of Work

This was a complete Jewelry exchange fit-out.  The space was a bit shy of 5000 sq.ft. As a Licensed General Contractor in New York State, I was able to directly retain all my subs directly after being awarded the project.  Together we covered all necessary trades such as framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler, low voltage, thermal insulation, masonry, drywall, paint, door and trim, tiles and acoustical ceilings.  Project time was a little less than 6 months to complete.
