Scope Of Work
Example 1: Custom metal forming production machine utilizing our welding, fabrication, CNC machining, Rockwell Recognized System Integrator controls, and UL listed panel shop capabilities.
Project execution steps included: Review current production equipment, identify areas of improvement for quality and speed, determine updated production and quality requirements, design, submit for approval, fabricate, assemble, wire, program, and commission new turnkey production machine. Please note that he completed machine is identical to the initial customer approved concept SolidWorks 3D model, This machine was completed on budget and within the estimated project time of 20 weeks from first visit to delivery and final commissioning. The completed machine exceeded the design production rate by over 40% and improved flatness quality by more than twice the needed specification.
