Scope Of Work
Corporate Technology Solutions was contracted directly with Gilbert Public Schools in conjunction with Hewett Packard to deploy and install 2,500 wireless access points in 36 school facilities district-wide.
We provided and installed (1) category 6 cable from each access point to the nearest telecommunication closet, terminated, tested and labeled. In addition, we provided wireless access point installation and patched in at the telecommunication closet.
During the installation, we were also tasked with re-testing and confirming all the fiber optic backbone system’s met 10gig requirements for the deployment.
We worked very closely with the GPS IT department throughout the wireless installation to ensure that all the access points were active and working properly to meet the school’s on-going data needs for it students and facility staff members.
