Scope Of Work
Applebee’s is a national chain restaurant with multiple locations South Central PA. Benchmark has built six Applebee’s restaurants 1997, all of which were in only 90 days. Each restaurant consisted of 6,000 square feet which included a kitchen, dining area, bar waiting area.
