Scope Of Work
The project for Saginaw Medical Federal Credit Union included a complete interior and exterior renovation of the existing facility. Interior renovation included enlarging the lobby and teller area, separating customer waiting and reception, a new drive-thru teller area, management offices, conference room facilities and restrooms. What was the basement is now a boardroom, accounting area and an employee break room. Exterior work consisted of a new Duro-Last roof system, metal standing seam mansard roof trusses and new windows.
