Scope Of Work
Draper Toyota of Saginaw, Michigan hired Wolgast Corporation to add more service area to their auto dealership. After completion, they have an additional 8,400 s.f. available to service more cars, making the full building 24,000 s.f.
Wolgast has completed the remodel at Draper Chevrolet. Wolgast Design Group's, Architect Rick Keith, created the design to meet the requirements of Draper and General Motors. Wolgast Corporation provided the construction services to complete the project in two months time.
Rick Keith, VP of Professional Services at Wolgast Corporation, has drawn several design plans for Draper Automotive's buildings over the years. Additionally, Wolgast Corporation has teamed with Draper Automotive to construct their additions and renovations, including their service write-up area, used car sales building, and an expansion to their oil change.
An addition to their campus included the construction of a new Toyota dealership with oil service center.
