CustomStud Homes is built on the principles of TRUST, INTEGRITY, QUALITY, SAFETY, BEING CLIENT FOCUSED, and was created to address significant gaps in the traditional home building process, as well as, commercial and multi-family development. Our business model is one that caters to clients and investors while providing a FUN process for clients.

After over a decade of working with traditional home builders, a common theme emerged - poor communication, little transparency, and it just wasn’t fun.

STATE LICENSED. We are a fully licensed and insured General Contractor who works with only experienced subcontractors who maintain the mandatory building requirements set forth by the State of Wisconsin.
