Scope Of Work
Prep-work
1. Prepare existing asphalt by edging grass line around parking lot area and removing loose asphalt and dirt by hydraulic broom and power blower.
2. Apply #53 stone over chuck holes areas as needed, rolled to compaction.
3. Tack existing asphalt for proper binding.
4. Level over low areas using #9 Binder asphalt, rolled to compaction.
Resurface (approx. 45,717 SqFt.)
5. Apply 1 1/2" of #11 hot asphalt Topping over concrete area. (approximately 1,868 sq.ft.)
6. Apply 1" of #9 binder asphalt,
7. Apply 1" of #11 hot asphalt topping, each layer rolled to compaction.
8. 95% water drainage
Striping and Sealcoating (approx. 50,304 Sqft.)
9. Apply two coats of Premium Sealcoat.
10.Stripe all lines and handicap markings.
