Scope Of Work
Johnson-Laux was the CM at risk for this contract consisting of multiple task orders primarily including renovations to the barbering and cosmetology department. The scope of work covered demolition to shell conditions and reconstruction including plumbing and HVAC relocation, complete new electrical package include energy efficient lighting and controls, a number of specialty finishes.
