Contracting Excellence, Inc. founded in 2015 by Richard and Christopher Shettle, we are a turn-key Commercial general contractor. Since starting, our main focus has shifted from small scale projects to larger scale commercial properties. We highly specialize in full remodels, renovations and restoration of properties. We have the know-how and ingenuity to-do it. If you can design it we can build it. We are located in Owings Mills, Maryland and are able to work all over Maryland along with some Eastern Pennsylvania counties. We also partner with a local designer in order to provide not only paper copies of the plan, but also virtual 360 tours.
