Scope Of Work
The five-story, 129-room Valley Hotel is on track to open in late fall 2020 at the corner of 18th Street South and 28th Avenue South, in Homewood, Alabama, in the former location of Hatfield Auto and Little Professor Bookstore. The hotel will feature a ground-floor restaurant and bar, which will be open to the public, as well as second-level outdoor terrace bar. It will also have approximately 4,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space.
