Scope Of Work

In 2018, Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute – part of Baptist Health South Florida – entered into an unprecedented partnership with the Miami HEAT. This partnership led to a decision to break ground on the Miami HEAT Sports Medicine Center at Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute in Coral Gables, Florida. To begin work on this, they called upon construction manager Robins & Morton.

The four-story, 74,000-square-foot facility has three different physician clinics, totaling 42 exam rooms. With advanced imaging, such as a weight-bearing cat-scan, the equipment can provide a much more accurate diagnosis. The facility also houses a state-of-the-art operating room, with the latest in surgical equipment and high-definition cameras.
