Scope Of Work

Interior renovations and alterations of a warehouse building for a company to manufacture chemical compounds for perfumes and cosmetics. 

Complete interior fit out to include a hygiene laboratory space consisting in two levels with high production machinery and equipment, modern office experience complete with an eye catching lounge for the clients to congregate that overlooks the entire operation and process for the products. Currently planning for the expansion of the warehouse to provide additional storage space.
