Scope Of Work
Renovation of 75,000 SF Warehouse + Office Space / Showroom with a proposed 40,000 SF addition to the warehouse area and the construction of a new building totaling 14,000 SF.
Interior fit out for the warehouse which includes an office space, showroom, 2 kitchen, breakroom. Exterior renovation consisting of a façade to match the luxury design of the interior and to include clients branding. Beneli Group developed the design concept, executed the drawings and Beneldan followed through with realizing the design onsite.
