Scope Of Work
Erected within the Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL), the Casino Building was designed and constructed under Green Building Guidelines and is in the process of receiving the certification of a LEED Certified rating. This municpal project required the restoration of the 36,500sf 1920s City of Lake Worth Casino Building which included restaurant, retail, ballroom and public spaces. The project aslo required the rehabilitation of a 20-acre, high-traffic, beachfront park, active 365 days a year. This phase required a redevelopment of the entire beachfront; new pavers, asphalt, drainage, water, sewer, turtle-sensitive lighting, parking, play structures, landscaping, new traffic paterns, restroom facilities, hardscaping and shade structures.
