Scope Of Work
Morganti provided both preconstruction and construction phase services on 9 major facilities at Danbury Hospital between 1985 – 2005 including new construction and renovation projects in almost every area of this hospital. All facilities were constructed on an extremely active occupied site where Safety was the key factor in the project’s success. Morganti completed each facility on-schedule and on-budget. The facilities included: MRI Addition & Renovation, Stroock Tower Renovation, Praxair Cancer Research Center, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Linear Accelerator, Parking Garage, MRI Unit Center, Renal Dialysis Center, Stroock Tower Addition and Parking Garage
