Scope Of Work

The project consisted of the construction of a 20,000 s.f. addition to house the new Library, Computer Lab, Cafeteria, Kitchen and additional classrooms. Renovations to the existing 100,000 s.f. facility included asbestos abatement, demolition and construction of new program space, a new sprinkler system, new exterior windows and doors. Mechanical upgrades included new boilers and air conditioning. Electrical upgrades consisted of new electrical service and the addition of two micro turbines and emergency generator. Plumbing upgrades consisted of all new bathrooms. Site and civil work included new landscaping and play areas. In addition, this project included a new front entrance with canopy and a parking/parent drop-off area as well as new off-street bus drop off area, and security/exterior lighting.
