Scope Of Work
The TRIAD building is a 47,583SF concrete tilt-up building with a steel joist and deck roof system. The building was designed to have up to nine different tenant spaces all with the ability to have an overhead high lift access door at the rear. Along with the construction of the building, the scope of work included a complete site development including two drainage ponds, parking lot and retaining wall.
