Scope Of Work

The Floor & Decor Mooresville, NC project was a full interior demolition project of a Gander Mountain. The demolition included the removal of the entire infrastructure, including the existing interior concrete slab on grade, leaving only the superstructure remaining. At the completion of the demolition, the rebuild process began with the pouring of a new interior concrete slab on grade, metal stud framing for a new office package, customer pick up area, and design center. This Floor & Décor location was one of the first built to the new prototype standards. The scope of work also included seal coating and restriping the existing asphalt around the building property along with the clearing of trees along Interstate 77 to provide a clear line of site from the interstate to the building.
