Scope Of Work

The Floor & Decor Cumming, GA project was a full interior demolition project of an Ingles Market. The demolition included the removal of the entire infrastructure, including the existing interior concrete slab on grade, leaving only the superstructure remaining. At the completion of the demolition, the rebuild process began with the pouring of a new interior concrete slab on grade, metal stud framing for a new office package, customer pick up area, and design center. Along with the interior renovation, the scope of work included site improvement of the frontage landscaping and relaying of the parking lot asphalt.
