Scope Of Work

Carmel Country Club contracted Barringer Construction on a multi-phase renovation and exterior addition to their existing dining room and fitness center.  The interior renovation included extensive coordination between the interior designer and architect; it consisted of a heavy interior trim package, wine cellar addition, and complete high-end make-over of the bar, adult dining and fitness center.  The structural steel exterior addition is clad with brick masonry and is intended for outdoor dining and celebration.  It includes slate tile flooring, a wood burning fireplace, a timber framed vaulted ceiling and an operable glass partition. The fitness center is now a state of the art facility and features all new flooring and equipment.
