Scope Of Work
The McDonald’s in Middletown was due for a major remodel and Woodbine was chosen for the job. As a longtime approved contractor for McDonald’s, Woodbine has the experience and ability to do these very demanding remodels. The exterior of the restaurant had to be partially demolished and rebuilt. A new double drive-thru lane had to be installed. The bathrooms had to be removed and rebuilt in a different location. A new conference room had to be built. The PlayPlace had to be rebuilt and the “Toy” (playground equipment) had to be replaced. All the tile had to be removed and replaced. The menu boards and front counter had to be replaced. New ceilings had to be put in. New mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems had to be installed. A new roof, new EIFS, new windows, new brick and new awnings had to be installed. New wall covering and graphics had to be hung. The interior and exterior had to be painted. AND ALL THIS HAD TO BE DONE IN NINE WEEKS WHILE THE RESTAURANT STAYED OPEN FOR BUSINESS! It goes without saying that McDonald’s remodels are very challenging projects requiring intensive planning and coordination. And that’s why McDonald’s turns to Woodbine and its great team of subcontractors and suppliers to get these jobs done.
