Scope Of Work
Taking a 6500 sf ranch home and converting it into a state of the art amenity center is no easy task. We gutted the house to the studs and added an extra 6000 sf of space for a wide variety of uses.
There are now meeting rooms, state of the art fitness center & studio and HOA offices inside. Outdoors, there are beautiful living areas, and a view of the water fountain.
In addition to creating the 12,500 sf of amenity center, the Hangartner team built a pool area snack bar to serve the residents.
