Interior renovations include kitchen and bath finishes, flooring, windows, HVAC, countertops and cabinets. Exterior upgrades consist of landscape, parking lot upgrades, and ADA parking added or improved. The community room was transformed giving it an enjoyable home like feel, computers are provided for tenants’ convenience, making it an ideal place for community and private events.
