Scope Of Work
The Velez Organization provided construction management services in conjunction with LiRo for the replacement of the existing roof systems, skylights access doors for the Earth & Science Building Rehabilitation. Roof access ladders metal guardrails were installed, exterior windows the roof top observatory were replaced the existing exterior wall’s precast panels were repaired, cleaned, caulked sealed. Additionally, hazardous materials were abated.
