Scope Of Work
The Velez Organization was the Construction Manager representing DASNY for the gut-out rehabilitation of Plant Operations Building 2M at the College of Staten Island. The work focused on the removal and replacement of 52,000-square-feet of a clay tile roof as well as wood cornice and dormer ventilators. The work also included the upgrade of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in their entirety as well as exterior building restoration and window replacement.
