Scope Of Work
Velez Organization is providing on-call general construction services to Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) as requested by BPCA for various construction capital maintenance repair projects on an On-Call basis. The On-Call GC Services shall include, but not be limited to:
General interior construction
Civil/site work including excavation
Emergency response demolition repairs
Small-scale construction demolition work
Testing/probes
Masonry
Miscellaneous repairs alterations
Leak repair waterproofing
Provision of subcontractors for MEP other specialized work as needed
