At $100 million 360,000 SF: the Research Support Facility is a showcase of how High Performance buildings can be aesthetically compelling reduce performance risks to the Owner, Designer, Builder. Designed to meet the LEED Platinum rating as defined by the US Green Buildings Council: the first Zero Energy Building (ZEB) of its kind.
