Consists of the complete demolition of interior finishes and MEP’s as well as the exterior façade renovation, transforming the building into a two story 14,403 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Medical Clinic. The ASC consists of two Operating Rooms, a CT scanner room, Clean and Soil Rooms, Medical Gases, Standby Emergency Generator, four Private Post-Op rooms, four Pre-OP stations, a nurse’s station and a nourishment station. The Medical Clinic consists of nurse stations, two ultrasound rooms, two procedure rooms and eight Patient exam rooms
