McKinley Construction, LLC was erecting The Rose, a multistory luxury residential complex in Great Neck, New York, when their subcontractor’s employee experienced a fatal fall accident.

McKinley Construction reached out to Safety Consulting & Compliance Corp. for help, and we quickly assessed the conditions at the site and alleviated their project leadership’s anxiety with factual findings and insights based on our experience with OSHA.

We trained McKinley Construction on what project leadership could, should and should not do during OSHA Walkthroughs, and the expected notice of violation from OSHA.

We conducted an accident investigation and a root cause analysis, revised their safety program.

Accompanying them at the OSHA Informal Hearing, we helped McKinley Construction receive a penalty reduction.

As a result of their experience with us, McKinley Construction, LLC sought semimonthly visits and hazard assessment reports from Safety Consulting & Compliance Corp. for the duration of construction at The Rose at Great Neck.
