Scope Of Work
The scope of the work included identifying and repairing the foundation cracks. It was also determined that the foundation cracks showed no signs of structural cracks. No wall movement was detected. If so the project would have included carbon staple reinforcement as a solution. It was observed that the floor joists in the transition of the split level were in need of reinforcing to eliminate a floor sag caused by the weak construction.
