Scope Of Work
This 17-unit, lake front gated community was designed and constructed to look and feel like Key West. Each home was designed and decorated to suit its owner’s individual sense of style. The development includes the finest in materials and amenities including stainless steel roofing, private docks with electric and water access, a boardwalk, and clubhouse with pool. One building, housing 4 townhouses, is also included in this planned community.
