Scope Of Work
This project consisted of prepping the existing asphalt to apply rubber crack sealant to cracks the parking lot and drive. APC then applied a seal coating to the entire parking lot and drive and re-striped the entire parking lot and drive to original design. APC installed a 6″ PVC French drain wrapped in Geo-textile fabric to eliminate drainage issue in the SE corner in the rear of the parking lot; as well as repairing the existing asphalt in this area.
