Scope Of Work
This project consisted of excavating and grading the existing topography to install a new parking lot. APC began by installing a compacted stone base for the new parking lot and the alley way behind the parking lot. An electrical conduit and concrete base for new lighting poles were installed, as well as drainage structures and drainage pipe. Some of the existing sidewalk was removed and replaced with new ADA compliant crosswalks. A concrete privacy wall with decorative limestone veneer was built along the perimeter of the lot facing Main Street. A wooden privacy fence was built along the remaining perimeter. APC installed an HMA Base course and HMA Surface course along with monolithic concrete curb and gutter around the lot. APC added signs and striping to complete construction of the lot.
