Scope Of Work
Located in Bentonville and nestled next to the NWA Razorback Greenway Bike Trail, the 5th Street Offices are an adaptive reuse project that houses two building complexes totaling 45,300 square feet. Nabholz updated the spaces to transform them into modern offices with mezzanines and common areas. The buildings feature cross-laminated timber, large windows, landscaping with native plants, and features that promote an active lifestyle and encourage residents to take advantage of the nearby bike trails.
