Scope Of Work
When planning for a branch in Downtown Bentonville, First Security Bank knew they wanted the brand-new construction to have a nostalgic feel. The design team worked to incorporate elements from other downtown structures to allow for the new bank to blend in with the existing historic architecture. The exterior façade highlights a combination of brick and precast elements reminiscent of limestone.
This multi-use space totals 9,000 square feet over three stories. The branch occupies the first floor and features historic finishes including marble, cherry, and wood features such as ceilings and doors. A 1950s-era vault was also installed after being relocated from another bank.
The second floor was finished out in a white-box fashion to allow for future use or lease. A 2,200-square-foot, two-bedroom residential condo unit comprises the 3rd floor and is utilized by the bank to host business guests and executive meetings.
