Scope Of Work
This 28,800 SF Baking Facility for Heidelberg Bread, was the very first building in the Herkimer County IDA’s “Pumpkin Patch” Industrial Park located in Frankfort, NY. The building replaces the original Heidelberg plant in Herkimer which the company had outgrown due to its continued growth and high demand for the artisan bread products they have produced since 1983.
The project was completed on a Design-Build basis that included Site, Structural, Architectural and Mechanical/Electrical design and construction. The building includes separate Production and Packaging areas, Hi-R value Insulated Metal Wall and Roof Panels, Staff offices and support facilities.
