Scope Of Work
We broke ground on the new 3,200 SF expansion of the existing service garage on May 5th. The addition is a pre-engineered building by Butler Manufacturing using their Shadowall siding and BR-II roof system.
The former shop area within the existing building will was transformed into a new service write-up lane, new car showroom, general manager’s office & break room.
The exterior of the existing masonry building was upgraded with new paint, architectural entrance canopies, horizontal gable end siding, and lighting. The owners also upgraded their existing road and building signage.
