Project Description: Tie-Backs for two (2), 12" x 16' x 100' Retaining Walls
Helix Steel Pier: Rounded Corner Solid Square Steel Shaft 1½" x 1½"
Lead Section: Top Row (16) - 8", 10" diameter bearing plates on a 5 foot shaft Bottom Row (34) - 8" diameter bearing plate on a 5 foot shaft
Extension Section: 5 foot shaft
Top Attachment: Threaded Stud with Termination Plate (PL ¾" x 12" x 12" or ¾" x 8" x 8")
Pier Depth: 10 & 15 feet
Pier Load: 15 and 21 kips per helix steel pier
