Scope Of Work
Situated on the corner of East Magnolia Avenue and North Gay Street, the AuburnBank project features a four-story, 91,000-square-foot office building as well as a 526-space parking deck.
AuburnBank occupies approximately 40,000 square feet in the new building (which consolidates its corporate headquarters offices, operations center, and downtown bank) and the balance of the building will be available for lease on a multi-tenant basis.
