Oakwood Flats is located on a 21-acre property in East Nashville, TN. It is a HUD financed project and includes 280 dwelling units. There are 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. The 1 bedroom units are 700 sq. ft., the 2 bedroom units are 1,030 sq. ft., and the 3 bedroom units are 1,175 sq. ft. All units have a covered balcony. The buildings are all either 3 stories or a 3/4 story split. The amenities will include a detached community center with exercise room, gathering spaces, a conference center, and a pool.
