Scope Of Work
Ramco developed Broadway Knolls as a 284-unit luxury apartment community, which features a playground, an in-ground pool, a private pond, tennis and basketball courts, a jogging track, and a fitness center. Broadway Knolls is located just south of Veterans’ Memorial Highway in Holbrook, Long Island, New York.
Broadway Knolls was constructed to utilize eco-friendly technology, including CFL lighting and faucet aerators. The one and two bedroom luxury apartment rentals were developed with amenities including individual garages, central station emergency monitoring, wall to wall carpeting, and spacious living areas with central air & gas heating.
