Scope Of Work
SunWest Builders completed this major renovation to an existing auto dealership in Bend, Oregon for Bend Honda - Lithia Motors. After demolishing nearly one third of the building, SunWest constructed a 6,500 square foot sales room addition and a small addition to the Express Lube bays. The project included approximately 5,000 square feet of interior remodel in the Service Department and other administrative spaces.
