Scope Of Work
This mixed-use development featuring 48 residential apartments, 11,300 square feet of commercial space and over 69,000 square feet of open green space. This project is a complete gut job of the Powerhouse Elementary School. We are grinding and polishing the majority of the residential units ( 34,000 SF), we are also sealing the garage floor.
