Scope Of Work
New construction of 5700 square foot cafeteria. Included in the project, all site concrete work, foundation, footings and flatwork. New state of the art security and HVAC systems. Erection of new energy efficient metal building. Installation of new boiler. Finishes to match existing buildings. Project was completed during the academic year with no disruptions to school operations. Project complete on time and on budget.
