A 108,600 square foot, 6 story student living complex consisting of 57 luxurious units, amenity floor, retail and parking (above and below ground). The project was completed in August 2019 and features high end living for University of Arizona students featuring private spas, floor-restricted access, custom closet systems and private terraces with top floor views.
