Scope Of Work
Lease-leaseback delivery of the modernization of a 23,000 SF Media Center. The newly renovated facility features electrical genius bar stations, new AP offices and conference rooms. Scope of work included extensive demolition and hazardous material abatement, new interior finishes, polishing of concrete and terrazzo flooring, wood framing of built-in curved seating, new terrazzo staircase, elevator upgrades, as well as the installation of new glazing, storefronts, skylights and acoustical ceiling, as well as landscaping.
