Scope Of Work
Design-build delivery of a 7,200 SF fire station housing a 2-engine apparatus bay, stainless steel medical supply room, full service kitchen, dining room, day room, exercise room, crew quarters and captain’s office. Meandering bio-filtration swale throughout the site and a seismic event early warning system which will open the apparatus bay doors and alert the crew just before an earthquake.
