Scope Of Work
New construction of a 24,192 SF facility Parish Hall housing administrative offices, a commercial grade kitchen, stage with theatrical lighting and controls, social hall that doubles as an indoor sports facility, breakout rooms and a storage basement with elevator access. Notable sustainable design features include two radius rooms with dome copper roofs, wood paneled ceilings and walls, and smooth Santa Barbara finish stucco.
